Refund policy
- An opening video of the product while unpacking is mandatory for any return, missing item, or damaged item claim. Claims without an opening video will not be accepted.
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
- Return requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
- Sale/discounted items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
- Product color may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
